  • 10# 2-row pale malt

  • 10 oz 20L crystal
  • 1/4# black patent
  • 1/2# roasted barley
  • 1/2# chocolate malt
  • 1 1/2 oz Northdown (bittering)
  • 1 oz Willamette (flavor)
  • 1/2 oz Fuggles (aroma)
  • 1/2 oz East Kent Goldings (aroma)
  • British Ale Yeast
