Rye beer v3

Ingredients

  • Whitelabs Dry English Ale yeast
  • 9.5 lbs Maris Otter
  • 3 lbs Rye malt
  • 0.5 lbs Dextrin malt
  • 1 oz Challenger (boil 1hr)
  • 1 oz Kent Golding (boil 40 min)
  • 1 oz Hallertau (0.5 15min, 0.5 flameout)
  • 1 ox Saaz (0.5 15min, 0.5 flameout)
  • Additives: Gypsum, Whilfloc

Batch size: 5 gallon
