Rye Beer v4

Ingredients

  • Whitelabs Dry English Ale yeast
  • 19 lbs Maris Otter
  • 6 lbs Rye malt
  • 1 lbs Dextrin malt
  • 2 oz Northdown (boil 1hr)
  • 2 oz Kent Golding (boil 40min)
  • 2 oz Hallertau (1oz 15min, 1oz flameout)
  • 2 ox Saaz plugs(1oz 15min, 1oz flameout)
  • Additives: Gypsum, Whilfloc

Batch size: 10 gallon
