All-Grain Brewing Schedule

  1. bring first stage water to 130F(54C)
  2. add to grain and stabalize at 122F(50C)
  3. hold for 30 minutes
  4. bring second stage water to boil
  5. add to grain and stabalize at 150-158F(66-70C)
  6. hold for 60 minutes or until converted (use iodine test)
  7. mash out to 170F(77C)
  8. bring 5 gallons sparge water to 170F(77C)
  9. sparge until gravity reaches 1.008
  10. bring to a boil
  11. add bittering hops
  12. continue boiling for 45 minutes
  13. add flavor hops and irish moss
  14. continue boiling for 15 minutes
  15. add aroma hops
  16. remove from heat
  17. cool using wort chiller until reaches at least 75F(24C)
