All-Grain Brewing Schedule
- bring first stage water to 130F(54C)
- add to grain and stabalize at 122F(50C)
- hold for 30 minutes
- bring second stage water to boil
- add to grain and stabalize at 150-158F(66-70C)
- hold for 60 minutes or until converted (use iodine test)
- mash out to 170F(77C)
- bring 5 gallons sparge water to 170F(77C)
- sparge until gravity reaches 1.008
- bring to a boil
- add bittering hops
- continue boiling for 45 minutes
- add flavor hops and irish moss
- continue boiling for 15 minutes
- add aroma hops
- remove from heat
- cool using wort chiller until reaches at least 75F(24C)
